INTERNATIONAL

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures. International parcels may incur duties and taxes. Please note that these charges are the receiver's responsibility only. High Thread is not liable for these fees. For shipping inquiries, email hello@byhighthread.com before placing your order.

Dispatch Time
​
​Stock items are typically dispatched on the next business day but may take longer. Please check made-to-order items for their specific dispatch times and ANY OTHER pre-order details.

Urgent Orders

If you need an order sooner, contact us as soon as possible at hello@byhighthread.com. We may be able to accommodate urgent requests on a case-by-case basis. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT always possible, PARTICULARLY during busy periods.

Returns
​
Returns will only be accepted if they are made within 14 days of delivery. Return Items must be unused and in original condition with tags. We cannot accept returns on worn clothing or items used for press/photoshoots. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet policy requirements. For returns, use a tracked, prepaid service. PLEASE mark the INTERNATional parcelS as a return for shipment.

Parcels Returned to Sender

If an order is returned due to refusal or undeliverability, the customer must pay for reshipment if they still wish to receive the package.
Return/Exchange Requests

Email hello@byhighthread.com with your order details and reason for return. MADE-TO-ORDER items are final sale, non-returnable and NON-REFUNDABLE.
